East Stirling stay top after draw
East Stirling stayed top of the table despite being held to a 2-2 draw by Stirling Albion.
It was a dramatic first half for striker Jordan White, who scored two goals to put his Stirling side ahead despite also putting the ball into the back of his own net.
White put the Binos ahead after half an hour, finishing emphatically from six yards. Just 12 minutes later, though, he saw the ball ricochet off his head into his own goal to pull the Shire level.
The striker made amends as he immediately curled a shot into the top-right corner to put the away team ahead with his seventh goal of the season.
The league leaders pulled level when Michael Bolochoweckyj headed home a Jamie Glasgow corner after 72 minutes to grab his side a deserved point.
