Alistair Loves to score
Annan boosted their play-off hopes and heaped pressure on bottom-placed Stirling with a 5-2 win at the Galabank.
Goals from Scott Chaplain, Kieran McGachie, Michael Daly and a brace from defender Alistair Love secured the victory against nine-man Stirling, who saw goalkeeper Samuel Filler and midfielder Gary Thom dismissed.
After Filler was shown red for serious foul play in the 20th minute, Love put the home team ahead 10 minutes later with a left-footed shot from close range before Scott Chaplain netted his fourth league goal of the season.
Things got even worse for Stirling when Thom was sent off for serious foul play on the stroke of half-time.
Stirling attempted to rally with Graham Weir reducing the deficit on the hour mark. But minutes later McGachie slipped a right-footed shot in for the hosts.
Stephen Day then curled in a left-footed consolation from 12 yards for Stirling, but Daly and Love sealed the win with two late strikes.
