Love leaves it late for Annan.
Alistair Love scored an injury-time penalty to secure a valuable point for Annan in a thrilling 4-4 draw with Stirling at Galabank.
The hosts found themselves in front with just 70 seconds played when Scott Davisdon rifled home form the edge of the area but they were soon pegged back when Kieran McAnespie scored a superb 20-yard free-kick 10 minutes later.
Jim Chapman's team restored their lead just before the break thanks to Andrew Mitchell's tidy finish from a tight angle but Stirling replied just after the interval through Sandy Cunningham.
The Black and Golds hit back again thanks to Kenny MacKay's close-range effort but conceded yet again when Jordan White headed home McAnespie's corner with 20 minutes to play.
In what was a grandstand finish, Stirling thought they had stolen all three points when Ross Forsyth headed beyond Alex Mitchell, only for Love to score from 12 yards with seconds remaining.
