#17 – Tannadice Park, Dundee

Oh for the days of the terracing – not that the Albion fans ever had much opportunity to see this particular one! Albion did not play at Tannadice between December 1967 and August 1998 – in which time the magnificent covered terrace had been built and then demolished.

The Albion connection here may not be obvious. However, many people believe that it was the transfer of former Albion gaffer Ray Stewart from Dundee United to West Ham United for a fee of £400,000 in 1979 that paid for the roof!

Tannadice is now a typical all-seated venue, and has lost much of the atmosphere that used to be associated with big matches.
